Mr. Ahmed Djoghlaf, Executive Secretary of the Montreal-based Convention on Biological Diversity will give a Conference on Thursday, February 4, 2010, from noon to 14h00 at the invitation of the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations (CORIM).
