The Head of Government, Mr. Abdelaziz Belkhadem yesterday received in Algiers Mr. Jacques Bilodeau, Canadian Prime Minister’s personal representative for La Francophonie, a communiqué from the Head of Government’s office said.

Mr. Bilodeau is carrying a message from Mr. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, to the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, the same source added. [ El Moudjahid paper]
