Minister Messahel to visit Canada from 27 to 30 April, 2010

The Minister Delegate for Maghreb and African Affairs, Mr. Abdelkader MESSAHEL, will visit Canada to head a delegation taking part in two high-level meetings to be held in Toronto from 27 to 30 April, 2010. Mr. Messahel will take part in the meeting of personal representatives of Heads of State and Government of the G8 and the G5+3 to be held on 27 and 28 April 2010. He will lead, thereafter, the Algerian delegation to the Africa Partnership Forum (APF) to be held in the same city on 29 and 30 April 2010. Both events are part of the preparation of African segment of the G8 and G20 summits to be held in June in Canada and in anticipation of the summit to be held in September in New York on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
