Book donation to the Algerian Community of Winnipeg |
Upon request from members of the Algerian community in Winnipeg (province of Manitoba), the Embassy of Algeria in Ottawa has donated Arabic language text books according to the Algerian curricula (civic education, Islamic education, Algeria’s culture and History) for the Algerian kids. Those books have been received by our compatriot Hadj Soufi, our community’s Dean in Winnipeg and manager of Sofiya School, based in Manitoba’s capital. Ottawa, 20 January 2010 |
